BUNDLING QUESTIONS

1) Do you offer bundles?

Answer: Yes, we do now! When viewing a product, if
the Build Your Bundle section appears, this product is eligible for a bundle
discount. It will be on the bottom right side of the screen. Make sure to use
this tool rather than clicking add to cart on the individual product.

 

2) How does the new bundling feature work?

Answer: You need to select each product you want to
purchase (do not forget to select the product you were viewing originally). The
more you buy, the more you save (2 products = 5% off, 3 products = 10%, 4
products = 15%, 5 products = 20%, 6 products = 25%) When you have selected the
products you want, click add to cart.

 

3) If I use the bundling feature, can I still add a promo
code at the end?

Answer: Yes, you can!

 

4) Why can't I bundle products from different grades?

Answer: The bundling app we use recommends only
including 4-5 products as using too many slows down the website. You can still
get a great deal on multiple grade years by doing separate transactions.

 

5) Why aren't all products included in these bundles?

Answer: We need to limit the number of products for
each bundle, so we are only including the Mega Bundles and Full-Year Bundles.

 

6) Ugh, I don't see the Bundling Tool? Where is it?

Answer: The bundling tool takes a few seconds to load, so please be patient. If it still hasn't loaded after a minute, it must not be part of any bundles.

OTHER FAQs

7) What is the difference between digital versions and Google Lesson Slides.

Answer: When we make a workbook, we provide a FREE version of that workbook. You can access this "digital version" by going to the second page of the workbook and clicking the link. This digital version has the exact worksheets that the workbook has, but we have added text boxes, shapes, and other tools that your students need to complete these activities on Google Slides (Google Classroom).

Our Google Lesson Slides were made for teachers to help them deliver lessons related to our workbooks. These slides are much more attractive and include YouTube video links, definitions, interactive activities, learning goals, exit cards, and more. We've designed these for whole class instruction, but the interactive slides could be assigned in Google Classroom.

8) I forgot to use a promo code, can I get some money
back?

Answer: No, please ensure you enter your promo code
at the time of purchase.

9) I don't think I need this product any more, can I
return it?

Answer: No, this is a digital product, meaning once
it is sent, you cannot return it. We have no way of knowing if you have opened
it or saved it. For this reason, all sales are final.

 10) I am getting the error message, "Windows cannot complete the extraction. The destination path is too long. Rename the Compressed (zipped) Folder and try again."
